Accesses personal information without full consent

They access your credit report without any prior consent. The lady said she will "access my information on her system" and just simply went ahead without being explicit about what she was doing. They are very misleading. I lost my temper completely - in today's time, someone blatantly just goes ahead and looks at personal information!! Where do they get your contact details?

The lady blessed me after wards which was highly unprofessional. Of course I lost my temper but there was no reason to bring in religion.

These people are ****mers, I will take this matter further
