They access your credit report without any prior consent. The lady said she will "access my information on her system" and just simply went ahead without being explicit about what she was doing. They are very misleading. I lost my temper completely - in today's time, someone blatantly just goes ahead and looks at personal information!! Where do they get your contact details? The lady blessed me after wards which was highly unprofessional. Of course I lost my temper but there was no reason to bring in religion. These people are ****mers, I will take this matter further
I bought books from Raru on 18 December 2020 at 09:02, they promised me delivery by 02 February 2021 which is more than enough time to order and deliver something. They did not deliver on that date and they did not communicate anything to me. I had to ask for an update. On the 15th of February 2021, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It is now the 25th of March 2021 and I have not received my money back. I had an empty promise from an agent that they will give me feedback, NOTHING. I have now logged a debit card dispute with FNB and I'm hoping they will help me, because RARU certainly isn't going to!
It is of utmost importance to me, as a customer of FNB, that they stop using DSV to deliver their customers' cards. Due to suspecting fraud on my cheque card, I cancelled my card on the 25th of January. 4 working days later I received an SMS stating that my card was with DSV and will be delivered. I received another sms approximately 2 days later, yet no delivery. I phoned FNB, got terribly annoyed by the fact that I had to spend 30 minutes to finally be able to speak to someone who could assist me. She redirected me to the DSV courier offices with a specific number and informed me that my tracking number for my card is my I. D. number. Breakthrough! But here I am, two days later, still without a card. I phoned DSV, they said, delivery is scheduled for today, 6th feb. Great. I again receivwd an SMS that the card will be delivered. SMS THREE! At 4pm, DSV is no show. Phone their offices again, the call centre agent is disturbingly laughing at me because the fact that I've spent 2 weeks without a bank card seems to amuse her. What is also amusing to her is that whoever I spoke to the day before, probably thought that today is the 7th of Feb, because it will only be delivered on the 7th. Will I have to phone back tomorrow and find out that my card is actually supposed to be delivered on the 8th?maybe the 11th? At this point, how about never? FNB used to have great service, but now their service is just terrible. Why put DSV in charge when they are clearly useless? When they laugh in your face as you become frustrated because a call centre agent 'probably thought today was the 7th, not tomorrow?' I hope I never have to cancel my FNB card again. At this rate, I would rather let R100 go to fraud than pay R100 for a new card.
