DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! Appalling service!!!
Worst service I have ever received! WSD made a lot of promises of providing clients of high standard and income. Setting up the appointments, as well as confirming the appointments and reschedules if necessary. They only confirmed about 5 out of the 18 set up. Have not rescheduled any appointments and have not replaced any appointments that were no shows/non-responsive, etc, as promised in their contract, I might add. They are useless with their admin and their responses to emails, complaints etc are disgusting to say the least. I have been an Advisor for 15 years and have had some bad runs with similar companies, but this has by far been the worst company I have dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

16 Aug 2023, 15:28- WSD has submitted 18 meetings onto you (which doesn’t include the meetings we have already agreed to replace for you during the replacement period). This information can be proven by the actual submissions made to you as well as recorded conversations between our offices and the prospects themselves (including call confirmations done). All 18 meetings were duly submitted to you by the 7 August 2023 per the agreement deadline.
- WSD is now obligated per section 13.1.6 which we have not disputed and still well within the time allocated to perform on same.
- Reschedules and confirmations have also been forward coming on all the meetings including those that are still schedule in your diary for the upcoming future.
- I have again enclosed the original agreement and the sections of the agreement which we addressed over e-mail to you previously.
