I purchased an inverter trolley from Weable. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was prompt. When the inverter developed an issue (a whine from the main board) Weable had it returned to their supplier for replacement and back to me with no issue. Very happy with the service and communication all around.

First time ordering from weable.co.za and I was very pleased with their service. They were helpful over the phone and prices were lower than most other stores. Their pricing is not always updated for certain items so you have to wait for confirmation. In my case, the item was a bit more expensive than their listed pricing due to global shortages but they were still cheaper than everyone else. Order to shipment was the same day. I have never had a package delivered so quickly before!

Please stay away from weable.co.za. They admit per email that they are "untruthful". See their so-called complaint elsewhere on Hellopter. They cannot do the most simple thing a business is supposed to do - to sell an item without a problem. They cannot perform. Stay away.

Ruaan, owner of weable.co.za wrote a review about my bad experience and his bad service with his company, weable.co.za. Please read it elsewhere on Hellopeter. I want to thank Ruaan from weable.co.za for his review. Crown did nothing wrong, weable.co.za is 100% at fault. His review of me just confirms his incompetence as an owner of his business. I have an impeccable record with my suppliers and creditors for over 32 years. Weable.co.za is losing out because I still need hundreds of batteries in the future and every business, online specifically, are ready, willing and able to sell to me whatever I need at the drop of a hat. I have also sold hundreds of batteries to Lesotho without any problems from other suppliers whatsoever. He will never be a supplier of anyone with an attitude like that. Please read his emails. He admits of being "untruthful". How can you lie like that when you are in business? I nearly lost a very good customer because of weable.co.za’s inability to execute a simple order, their lack of product knowledge, their inability of answering emails and telling untruths. If anyone pays for an article online, you expect a response and you expect the item to be delivered within a reasonable time. Weable.co.za did not contact me ONCE. I paid and there everything just stopped. They did not reply to my emails, I "live-chat" with bud and every time I was promised that he would contact me "just now" or he will email me "later", or he will "call me later". I ordered the batteries for a customer from Lesotho who spends a lot of money at my business. Imagine my customer drove all the way from Lesotho and I didn't have the batteries from weable.co.za yet? Should I tell him that weable.co.za lied to me about delivering the item on time or that weable.co.za’s staff never returned my emails and that their emails are still stuck in their drafts file or that weable.co.za don't have product knowledge (weable.co.za were informed by their supplier about the terms and conditions of using the batteries)? Do you think that my customer would have believed me? I would have lost a very good customer because of weable.co.za’s policy of lying, not being able to deliver an order, not communicating with their customers and cheeky owner and lack of product knowledge (all my calls to my business gets recorded, you are welcome to come and listen how arrogant and rude Ruaan, the owner of weable.co.za are before he rudely put down the telephone in my ear). He also forgot to mention that he threatened me with lawyers should I put his bad service on Hellopeter. Anyone has the fullest right to report bad/non-existing service. I never badmouthed him, I just asked him why they are always telling lies and why I never got a response from his staff and he got very cheeky and angry. If asking for the truth and for service is badmouthing, let it be so then, he is entitled to his opinion. The fact of the matter is weable.co.za couldn’t even execute the most simplest of things in any business, to sell a product! Stay away from weable.co.za, they are unprofessional, unstable and incompetent. (After Ruaan put this on this forum, I’ve received 4 emails from my suppliers, everyone supporting Crown Catering Warehouse. One of my biggest suppliers of over 30 years said the following: “…. I would also have been extremely annoyed with such bad service, ……. This is bizarre, why did he add his own emails? By doing that, and admitting that weable.co.za was untruthful, in public, he is proving that he’s got no clue what’s going on in his own business and that his staff is running the show with disastrous results”. Another one said: “…what a clown, Ruaan is running a circus, ……….” Another one said: “…ignore Johan, we know Crown Catering, I would have ………. him”. Etc. ) Stay away from weable.co.za.
