In October 2024 I ordered a blender from Homechoice but they sent us a liquidizer. I immediately Whatsup them to replace it with a blender. They have not respponded to: 2 whatsups, several emails and several phone calls. Every time when they phone for another order (about 7 calls per week) we tell them that must collect their liquidizer and replace it. Every time they say that it is in the system and they will send for it. After 29 weeks they have still not collected their liquidizer. They also refuse to send us a statement. I refuse to pay for the s**** they have sent me. This is the worst service i have received from a dealer and supporting homechoice is NOT RECOMMENDED! STAY AWAY FROM HOMECHOICE!
I've tried to contact them to purchase a corgy puppy last week. Firstly they never answer their cellphone, they only communicate by whatsup. They advertised their physical address is in Pretoria East but when I wanted to send someone to buy the dog, they all of a sudden gave me a address in Upington. The address in Upington is an ordinary house and nobody breeds any dogs there. Their is no physican address on their website. Beware, they are ****mers. They take your money and then you never hear from them again.
On June 27, 2024 I purchased a pair (my ninth pair) of reebok tekkies. I wear these specific tekkies 2 to 3 days a month, because I have many pairs and rotate wearing them. After about a month, one of the tekkies made a nasty sound, as if I “****”, when I walk. I complained on 13/08/24 and again on 15/08/24 to reebok (reference: 722626) and they said that my complaint was send to the relevant department and “one of our customer support agents will respond to you shortly” That never happened. I have also send a message to reebok's CEO, Todd Krinsky, to complain but never received an answer. So, the best will be to inform the world of their lack of finterest in their customers and bad workmanship. Please also refer to the many, many complaints on Hellopeter.com about the quality and lack of service from reebok. It is clear that they give no after service sales and that the quality of their shoes are deteriorating rapidly. I went to a very large departmental store here in Bloemfontein just to ask about reeboks sales and after sales service. The salesman told me that they are going to stop selling reebok tekkies because of the huge number of complaints about the quality of the shoes and also the lack of interest from reebok when they complain about defective shoes. It's clear that they are not interested in their customers and they cannot be recommended! STAY AWAY FROM REEBOK!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!! YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT; YOU WILL COMPLAIN AND YOU WILL BE IGNORED!!! WEAR REEBOK AND YOU **** AUTOMATICALLY. SPREAD THE WORD, DON’T SUPPORT REEBOK. DON’T SUPPORT REEBOK. I've also posted this on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and send to several emails to rugby unions to inform the public obout reebok's non-existing service and very very bad quality shoes. I've already received more than 50 replies of disssatisfied customers. They all complain about reebok's lack of after sales service when they complain about the bad quality of reebok's products. One star is too much. Afrihost is clueless and useless. I am waiting since August 2023 to be connected to pure adsl line. They make promises after promises but afrihost cannot deliver. Now all of a sudden they moved my line to telkom and my line was off on Tuesday and yesterday till now - NO CONNECTION! I am taking gian visser to the small claims court if they do not refund me and if they charge me for one month cancellation fee. I will not pay them for services that they can't give. I send numerous emails but they cannot help me. Giam Visser, the CEO, always says that he will "move heaven and earth" to help me. What a joker. I've cancelled my adsl line and will soon cancel my fibre line at home and my children's two contracts. Stay away from afrihost! You will be sorry, they cannot deliver, they are not reliable and their so-called support staff can't answer the most basic questions and cannot solve any problems. STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST. We purchased an innovation Group Mechanical warranty and service plan through BMW. The car has a mechanical problem (covered by innovation) but we cannot get ANY SERVICE OUT OF innovation. The car is standing at BMW for over a week and innovation is not giving authorization to fix the problem. Then they want this, then they want that, then this is incorrect, then that is incorrect! NO-ONE CAN HELP. THEY ARE CLUELESS. I also blame BMW because how can they sell a policy to ANYONE from a company that has nearly 2000 complaints on Hellopeter.com against them . STAY AWAY FROM THE INNOVATION GROUP OF SOUTH AFRICA - YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED, YOU WILL BE WITHOUT YOUR CAR FOR WEEKS OR MONTHS, (I SEE ONE PERSON WAITED 8 MONTHS FOR SERVICE). I AM NOW TAKING THE CEO OF THE INNOVATION GROUP TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER.
I cannot accept mweb's pathetic no-care attitude. My wifi connection was down from 02/06/23 to 05/06/23. I called their so-called "help line" 9 times and held on for more than 3 hours in total. I got through once (after 47 minutes waiting for them to answer), the lady listened to my complaint but just politely put the phone down in my ear. Obsoletely disgusting service. I do work online during weekends and need wifi 24/7. I've lost a business deal last weekend and cannot trust mweb again. Clearly mweb don't need paying customers like me. I have a fibre and dsl connection with mweb and want to cancel both - but again there is a massive problem with mweb!. Their website don't allow me to cancel the 2 contracts and they still don't answer their telephones! I WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACTS 50600495 AND 53906550! MWEB, SEND ME THE CANCELLATION DOCUMENTS! PLEASE! PLEASE!
I purchased 2 off grid all in one Lithium Compact Power Stations from Energy Independence. The power stations works very well and is better than advertised. I am about to buy my 3rd unit. I have been using EPX for a while but cannot take their inefficiency, lack of basic knowledge of simple bookkeeping and breaking of parcels in transit any more. I have been in business for more than 34 years and the bad, bad, bad service from EPX couriers made me change couriers. I claimed for a broken item (as usual) in transit (invoice number 4968, dated 24/03/22) for R3865.50 and they only paid out R2860.01 because they say that I owe them the difference between my claim amount and "outstanding amounts". The problem is that they cannot sent me any documents for the "outstanding amount", they cannot prove anything because they don't know where this amount comes from. My telephone calls get recorded and they themselves say clearly that they can't balance their books and I must pay. This happened practically EVERY MONTH, and every month we correct them because of their inept staff. Last time EPX couriers took MORE THAN A YEAR TO SETTLE MY CLAIM FOR A PARCEL THAT THEY DISTROYED. This is totally unacceptable and I would recommend that customers avoid EPX totally and make use of other couriers. STAY AWAY FROM EPX COURIERS!!
Excellent product, excellent after sales service. It’s my best investment yet and will expand later to go off grid. It’s worth every penny.
I wanted to buy a solar kit from nextgensolar.co.za. in Randburg. I wanted to firstly talk to someone at the "business" before I make a R24,000.00 EFT payment. I checked the website but there were no telephone and they refuse, by email, to give a telephone number. After further investigating, I found that they are using a VAT number belonging to someone else, they are using a company registration number belonging to another company and that 20 Republic road doesn't exist. Their Facebook profile shows an address in Kimberley but the address on their website is in Randburg. BEWARE, STAY AWAY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SOLAR KIT AND YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY.
