I cancelled my insurance policy in July and was subsequently charged for two additional months. When I reached out to WSCIB, I was informed the debit order would be reversed, but it was not. When I emailed them to bring up this issue, I did not get a response. I then phoned the Managing Director and was informed that it was an error on Discovery side and "if there was an error" I would be reimbursed. I have an email thread that outlines my request for cancellation, there was an error, Darren.
I then called Discovery myself, who informed me the policy cancellation had not been received. Honestly, why use a broker at all if I had to do this?
