I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received from your company.
My account was downgraded to 55/25 in July 2024 and I was supposed to pay R569.00 monthly, but the company charged me R819.00. Your company has overcharged me with R2750.00.
When requesting a credit Shaista H says they cannot log credits they need proof that I requested the downgrade and that it was not changes made by the FNO. How would I have the rate if it was not given to me.
This company is a disgrace how they go about robbing the pensioners who can't stand up for themselves. You should just close your doors.
With immediate effect my account will be cancelled.
