I have tried to get hold of Old Mutual for the last 3 months and no one comes back to me. All I wanted was to change banking details. This morning I have phone 6 times and each time I was only the phone for longer than 15 min"s at a time. Really unacceptable.
Disappointment and frustration with the service from Webafrica I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received from your company. My account was downgraded to 55/25 in July 2024 and I was supposed to pay R569.00 monthly, but the company charged me R819.00. Your company has overcharged me with R2750.00. When requesting a credit Shaista H says they cannot log credits they need proof that I requested the downgrade and that it was not changes made by the FNO. How would I have the rate if it was not given to me. This company is a disgrace how they go about robbing the pensioners who can't stand up for themselves. You should just close your doors. I have consistently used Fines SA and their service has always been exceptional. What sets them apart from other companies is their unwavering consistency in delivering excellent support. Whenever I encounter a new issue, I simply notify them, and it is resolved promptly and efficiently. Would recommend the copy to anyone who has problems with fines.
Place an order with Afrihost and from the 30th April to the 8th May, they have not sorted out my WI-FI, I message them daily but no one seems to know what the hell they doing. All they say I am sorry for your inconvenience, how is this supposed to help when I am working from home. To pay for a service that does not work and you end up not speaking to them directly even when you asked them to get a supervisor to phone, but it is too much hassle to get someone to phone me. All I want is that my Wi-Fi/Internet to work.
Bought blades from Clicks they where in correct bought it through my clicks club card whereby they said even if I did not have the slip they would be able to refund me, due it being on the club card but now they refuse to refund me.

To date nothing has happened. I phone in weekly and I am now told they will not give me a credit. Mr Price Has not bothered to come back to me after I explained to them about the mothers day gift I received and that I wanted to exchange it but did not have the receipt but that the tag was still on the dress. I was told that the manager would contact me. Truworths helps a person without a slip if the item has the tag and if the person knows when and which till they bought the item from. I got a gift for mothers day but don't have a slip but the tag is still on the dress Mr Price refuses to exchange it for another item unless I have the slip. The person I got the gift from has not kept the slip I explained that to Mr Price but they still refuse to exchange it for a more expensive item which I wanted.
First off the online system is not working it won't link my card I have phoned and emaiI numerous times but no one seems to be able to help me. I phoned in again and explained that I wanted sleep wear which is online whereby they give 25% but at the store they don't. I was told I could go to Mr Price Bayside and get the item @ 25% discount. When I went to Mr Price Bayside Mall the manager was not very helpful he said that Online must phone him to say that I can have discount, I explained to him that the online app is not working for me and it's not allowing me to link my account . I am very disappoint in the service received via online and at the store. I have had this account for many years and they have no problem in treating the customers like "****", at the end of the day without customers all the stores will close but they don't care.
