Good Day,
I chose to go for a cheaper option as I am a pensioner. I Chose FrogfootAir.
I am with MWEB. Frogfoot disconnected my internet 1 January 2026. I phoned MWEb and was told the staff were on leave and will return on the 6th of January.
I phoned Frogfoot 6 January to find out what was happening and spoke to Kiyal Mahraj who was very helpful and said he would follow up on this matter.
Frogfoots subcontractor then came on 6 January to install my Frogfoot Air router.
I am still not connected to the internet. I have contacted Frogfoot a few times and they say MWEB has to sort the rest out, Frogfoot telephone queries staff have been excellent
When you go on the internet to login through your provider the option "Frogfoot-unorov" is there and requesting a password. I have been given a few passwords and username and none of the passwords work.
I have been on the phone to MWEB.....,was on a call for 2 hours.. Then today I was number 2 on the list and then next in line. Call started 10.12 and at 11.15 II ended the waiting to be answered as I had to go out.
Not impressed at all with the service. If this is not resolved i am reporting on Hello Peter.
I have not yet been charged for the monthly service, BUT would like a discount as I have been without internet since 1 January 2026 MWEB have been excellent i the past
