Weber South Africa / Pathetic Service Ref: 8998 !!!!!

I had an issue with my Weber where the lid inside started to peel off and felt on my food.

After a couple of days without a phone call I was send an email with tips to rectify the issue.

I don’t understand why there is a 10 warrant/guarantee that Weber so proudly advertise.

This is obviously not applicable in South Africa.

I will never buy any Weber product again.
