I was phoned by a Vodacom call center agent about 2 months ago regarding a migration on my 4 x lines with Vodacom. The agent promised me numerous times that I will save money however after the following billing month my account went up by R500. I phoned Vodacom when I received the new billing, after explaining to the complaints agent / Customer care they said they will review the phone call between me and the agent promising to reduce my monthly bill. She said Mikayla that they will give me feedback in 10 days. No feedback after a month. I will cancel all my contract as they expire with Vodacom. Really disappointing after more than years with Vodacom.
Bought a Belkin wireless charger. Charger not working requested a refund, Takealot declined my request and can’t confirm why. Will not buy from Takealot again. Amazon is coming on a bright side.

Placed an Online Order for a new iPhone on Friday 6/10/2023. Its Wednesday 11/10/2023 with No Feedback from Vodacom. After 3 calls to Vodacom, the call Centre reply is, its still pending. I have been a client for 15 years. I wanted to cancel and go to an istore, however it takes 72 hours to cancel. So bad from Vodacom. Will take my business to MTN. Shocking Vodacom
The worst customer service every. Bought an online order 7 days ago, was promised delivery by Wednesday, it’s now Saturday and after numerous calls and follow ups no one has replied to me. It’s the most awful experience I had using an online platform. I buy all my household items online. Bad on you Dis Chem. Clicks you have a new customer.
I had an issue with my Weber where the lid inside started to peel off and felt on my food. After a couple of days without a phone call I was send an email with tips to rectify the issue. I don’t understand why there is a 10 warrant/guarantee that Weber so proudly advertise. This is obviously not applicable in South Africa. I will never buy any Weber product again.
Pick ń pay ASAP is a very badly run app. I have ordered groceries where only the half of the order was delivered. I have send 2 emails without any feedback.
Takealot- No after sales Service My PlayStation 4 is 2 months out of the 1 year warranty and can’t help to return. Please check the warranty details on high price valued items.
Ram just showed up for the delivery without any communication. I have asked the driver to wait for 10 minutes as I was on my way home. Driver don’t pick up their phone and call center is not helpful at all.
I phoned Pirelli tyre company on Tuesday 23 February to view my concerns with a tyre which is tearing on the rimside of the tyre on the Pirelli sign on tyre. I phoned and spoke to Emmanuel who said it was a pothole and this is not covered. I send him pictures with this strange tear. There is no damage to my rim as I tried to explain this. He said that he will send someone to inspect my tyre as I have been driving for more than 30 years and never seen a tear like this before The area manager Gene phoned me and said he will set up a meeting at a dealership to inspect the tyre during the week. Gene never phoned me to arrange an inspection or to give me an update I will never fit or recommend Pirelli tyres to anyone.
