Stay alway from this company. We are building an e-commerce marketplace and used one of their apps that they developed. The application was suppose to connect our vendors who use Wordpress (WooCommerce) stores with our online store through a WooCommerce connector API. What this does is import all of the the vendors products and info into our store in real-time. Well we paid for the app installed it and eventually found out that it does not work with all WooCommerce Stores. It works with less than half of them. I have now been trying to fight with WEBKUL to fix the issue but they are so unhelpful and so unprofessional that they actually wanted to get the login details of one of my vendors to have a look at their backend details. What WebKul don’t understand is that we are trying to run a business. They are now just pushing me aside and telling me it’s not their problem and I must contact WooCommerce because it’s obviously a problem on their side. They have been so bad with customer service and so rude at times. I can’t understand how they can sell me an app for $ 200 and then just say there’s a problem and I must contact WooCommerce. They are basically stealing This was for the CS Cart WooCommerce Connector

Complaint for Hello Peter – 28 October 2020 – WEBKUL When I purchased the ‘Joomla Multi-Vendor Marketplace plugin’ from Webkul (https://webkul.com/) on the 28th August 2020 I was expecting a premium product. Especially given the very high price of the plugin compared to others ($99) and the apparent quality of the company and developers (plus great online reviews?) Out of the box, the plugin simply didn’t work. I have had to send many, many support tickets to Webkul pointing out fatal errors, requesting fixes, etc. Back and forward, back and forward. (so far 51 to/fro emails) Even getting the simple CSS styling of their product somewhat correct would be good, but no. I had to do this myself (luckily I have the CSS skills). It’s obvious that plugins are not checked and maintained on their side and they simply wait for customers to buy them and point out that they don’t work. This time spent analysing and documenting the errors and reporting to Webkul and waiting for their responses takes time and costs me much money as well as delaying my project. To add insult to injury, their appears to be some major oversight with functionality. How are the 'Joomla Virtuemart Multi Vendor Marketplace' products supposed to be shipped if Webkul don’t offer a respective multivendor shipping solution? Take your 'Joomla Virtuemart DHL Shipment' for instance. This does not work with it. Our 'Multi Vendor Marketplace' website has vendors located around the world and connects them to buyers located around the world. (This could well be the case with my multi-vendor websites. The products aren’t all situated in a single location necessarily.) Your 'Joomla Virtuemart DHL Shipment' should be able to pick up the Vendors Address and the Buyers address and use them for the DHL Shipping and pricing. So I asked what can Webkul do for a solution here? It makes no sense that you have and sell a popular plugin; 'Joomla Virtuemart Multi Vendor Marketplace' but you have no way to ship these items from different locations. That is surely a fatal error? Its like selling cars without engines. They look nice but don’t work! When I raised this as a complaint (26th October 2020) I was told: ‘If you want to ship the Marketplace plugin, you can get a plugin customized for the marketplace.’ I would have expected a more solid response to a complaint. It obviously wasn’t escalated to management. Okay I thought, let’s at worst get Webkul to customize their 'Joomla Virtuemart DHL Shipment'. This is a service they offer and have suggested. When I emailed to request this I’m told (26th October) : ‘Greetings! I regret to inform you that we are not taking new customization right now. Please contact any other agency. Regards,’. What shocking customer service! I am a signed up client of Webkul asking important questions and requesting assistance! Webkul certainly feels like they are now too big for their boots and no longer care about the core of their business – the customer – me I am a very unhappy customer who now needs to spend time sharing my complaints all over the internet and social media. This along with looking for assistance from 3rd party developers.
