Website and emails down since 03 January 24.I logged calls to report it and even emailed them and got absolutely no response.This is very disturbing as we run a business off these services.very poor service.

I beg of you. We sell hosting from R10, we have no means to afford a large data center with many people to respond to tickets quickly, we afford server engineers only. Please. I am sure you have only had the best service before this server outage ? The amount of manual labor we have to restore accounts from corrupted backups is extremely painful but we do it with love and we love what we do. We feel terrible for the outage we didnt cause and if I tell you the engineers sleep maybe 2 hours a day its no joke, we are grafting our butts off here to get everyone back online. Please come talk to us.
