Unacceptable service
My daughter had an appointment today with Dr Mouton. The receptionist made her wait in her car for more than 15 minutes. They treated her like she had some decease. She has been at home full time and has not gone to visit anyone, She was sent for a covid test even though she definitely does not have covid. I will not send her to this practice ever again.

Unacceptable service

Service with heart
Our son contracted a dangerous bacterial stomach infection and as it would happen we needed medical assistance very unexpectedly. Not only were we assisted without having made an appointment, but the doctor consulted with us and prescribed the necessary meds and understood that we did not have the money at that stage to pay for the consultation, but that it was an emergency and that we do not have medical aid. We were granted an extension of time in which to pay her consultation fees. It might seem petty, but to us this is the most meaningful experience in our community in a long time. Thank you. #SupportLocal
