Ordered on 27 November, did not know they ship in from China. Have not received the goods and it has not left the mainland.
Nompumelelo N provided me with excellent service when I bought 2 x tickets but could only find one. She e-mailed me both the tickets within 2 minutes of sending my request.
I contacted them on Thursday to reverse payment of premium paid to Outsurance on 26 March as my previous insurance company debited my account. I was under the impression that the insurance will be cancelled. I was told it will take a few days. Then another debit order took place on 30 March, thus instead of reversing the payment, another payment went through. Go through your recordings, where I stated the policy needs only to be made active the end of April, which the consultant agreed to.

After the holiday whilst packing I forgot a knife my departed husband bought and had sentimental value to me. Documentation was submitted on 18 October 2022, but no money has been transferred into my bank account. The proof of bank details was also submitted 7 days ago. My husband passed away in June 2021 and it takes more than a year to handle the transfer and payout.
I bought the coffee machine through takealot in December. The when we tried to descale the machine in March we took it in for a service on the 28th. We collected the machine on 14 June and waited for 24 minutes and paid R817.90. When we got home to set it up it did not see the filled water tank.
My daughter had an appointment today with Dr Mouton. The receptionist made her wait in her car for more than 15 minutes. They treated her like she had some decease. She has been at home full time and has not gone to visit anyone, She was sent for a covid test even though she definitely does not have covid. I will not send her to this practice ever again.
