Can truly recommend
I am so happy with Rental Plus, received my smart tv within a day of signing the contract. I have been with Rental Plus for over two years and never been disappointed. Alida is so efficient, love dealing with her.

Frustrating : why are you not delivering my parcel?????
It is obvious that Fastway is not capable of delivering the service they promise. My parcel has been sent back to the Bay/Depot 3 times now, first it's the address that not "clear" then "not able to deliver" today it was out for delivery at 08:00 and returned to Bay 3 by 11:00. Why is it not delivered???? No answer on any of their enquiry platforms. Pathetic, very frustrating

Unexpected Customs and VAT charges not communicated
The quality of the items are yet to be determined, however it would have been nice to know what one will be charged for Customs & VAT upon arrival of the order with the Courier Company.

Krishnam - Life-Saver
Krishnam of Travelstart saved my life today!!! I had made a flight booking for a corporate client and mistakenly selected the incorrect date. Reputation on the line, I was frantic to get a ticket for the correct date. Going on 3 days for processing of a loan
I app**** for a loan via the Unifi Online portal on 01 April 2024, income was verified and all. On 02 April 2024 I received communication that Capitec customers will not be able to make use of the "Superfast" service and I emailed my proof of income as directed. Today, 48 hours later, my application is still on 93% awaiting "processing". If it takes this long to process a loan, what is the use?

I've just bought my second product with Rental Plus! The prices are reasonable and affordable, the service is quick, efficient and reliable. I will certainly not hesitate to purchase furniture or appliances when I need - only with Rental Plus!

False advertising
Today i received an e-mail from Dotsure: "Get 50% off your first three months' premiums.Don’t give Murphy the satisfaction – protect your parts by signging up online and get 50% off your first three months' premiums.*" I signed up via their online platform, but once I received my policy documents and debicheck authorisation sms I noticed that it's for the full premium. I sent an enquiry and was phoned by one of their consultants whom claims that the e-mail I reacted on does not exist, I will not be getting 50% off my first three premiums!!! Is this false advertising or what? I feel tricked
