My radio was replaced under warranty in 2017, by a different dealer. They however never updated the system to reflect the new radio details. Today, after replacing the battery, the radio required a security code, the one on the system obviously being incorrect. Nadia and Christo from Weskaap Motors pulled all stops to trace the details of the new radio (almost 4 years later) and gave me the correct code to reset the radio. This type of service is unheard of - more reason to travel 150 km for servicing my car.
