Incompetence like you cannot believe. Long story short, within the space of 2,5 years my original line speed was discontinued, automatically upgrading me at an increased cost. 2 months ago, we were hit with yet another above inflation price increase, but the original line speed was made available again. As a pensioner that does not need the 50/50 line speed, I immediately opted for the downgrade again. Despite the advertised line speed, my request for downgrade was met with a "will only become available 1 June", forcing me to pay one month increased premium. Multiple emails later I at last got confirmation that the downgrade was "approved", followed by new contracts, etc, etc. Despite all of this, I received an invoice for the higher line speed / price for the month of June. More emails and telecons later I was promised a new, corrected invoice. Needless to say, my service was downgraded yesterday, but last night the higher amount went off my bank account. Trying to follow up today was a waste of time as no one bothered to respond to my communications. Needless to say, we will be seekign alternative service providers as a matter of priority.
My review is based upon my experience with the sales and installation teams only as I only received the service yesterday. Justin, from marketing, deserves a special thanks as he facilitated the entire process via WhatsApp. Even after the contract was signed did he assist in ensuring the installation teams arrive on specific days as the unit we had fibre installed is not yet occupied - it will only be used in a week or so when it will serve as student accommodation. Justin appreciated that every trip to the flat entailed a 300 km plus round trip, it was thus important that the two teams completed their work in one "session" Vox, I hope you appreciate the asset you have in Justin - sorry I do not have a surname.
Unable to update my policy (only wanted to change title holder o fone vehicle) on the App, I send them an email to make the change. 5 days later my phone rings for a few seconds, followed by an email and SMS that they tried to call me but could not get hold of me, thus no changes have been affected. I suspect that this is just another attempt to ensure policies are not 100% up to date, giving them an excuse not to pay out in the event of a claim. I will be actively seeking alternative insurance cover immediately.
Online (and walk in) sales of unlabeled export quality wines. I was so impressed with the first delivery that I immediately followed up with another order. VERY good wines delivered to your door within days of order. Excellent prices and there is just something authentic about the bottles without labels and foil. Most bottles are corked. Adelle / Janine communicates with you in such a way that you feel like family. I have - and will continue to - recommended Budget wines to friends and family without hesitation. Definitely not "box wine" in bottle!!

My radio was replaced under warranty in 2017, by a different dealer. They however never updated the system to reflect the new radio details. Today, after replacing the battery, the radio required a security code, the one on the system obviously being incorrect. Nadia and Christo from Weskaap Motors pulled all stops to trace the details of the new radio (almost 4 years later) and gave me the correct code to reset the radio. This type of service is unheard of - more reason to travel 150 km for servicing my car.
