The worst service i have received. Still waiting for my car 7weeks after i took it in for repairs. They are ****s and unprofessional. I am on end of year holiday, have to cancel vacation plans, losing deposits because of there incompetence. I am done with Renault have been a loyal customer for 15 years, bought 3 Renaults.

One star is to much, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. Initially, Ronel, a sales advisor, seemed eager to assist me in finding a car. Despite the distance from Cape Town's northern suburbs, where I reside, I trusted her guidance. As the deal progressed, I consistently asked Ronel for images of the agreed-upon car, which she claimed was currently unavailable for a roadworthy check. It was only after I secured insurance for the vehicle that Ronel sent me images, which shockingly revealed a completely different model to the one that she had sold me. While the establishment correctly listed the car type, the misleading images Ronel provided led me to agree to a deal for a different model. As a consumer who isn't a car enthusiast, I re**** on the information she provided, and the cars appeared identical to me. The revelation of a different model through the images was unexpected and unsettling. When I confronted Ronel about this discrepancy, her demeanor abruptly changed, showing no remorse. Moreover, the establishment refused to reimburse me for the insurance or acknowledge their mistake. Despite informing them about the insurance coverage, they made no effort to rectify the situation. It's disheartening that they wouldn't honor their commitment or take responsibility for the misinformation. I want to caution others about the poor after-sale service and lack of accountability at this establishment. Proceed with caution, as their promises may not align with their actions, especially for those who, like me, rely on the information provided due to a lack of expertise in car models. The revelation of a different model through the images further underscores the misleading nature of their communication.

My radio was replaced under warranty in 2017, by a different dealer. They however never updated the system to reflect the new radio details. Today, after replacing the battery, the radio required a security code, the one on the system obviously being incorrect. Nadia and Christo from Weskaap Motors pulled all stops to trace the details of the new radio (almost 4 years later) and gave me the correct code to reset the radio. This type of service is unheard of - more reason to travel 150 km for servicing my car.

Worst experience with the service department! They took my courtesy car with all my belongings without my knowledge and only sent requested documents after this was done. I will never deal with them again! I will make sure none of my family or friends get involved there as well. They put the phone down in your face if they can't handle the heat or they lie and say they are in meetings yet you hear them in the background. Or tehy are not there yet you just got off the phone with the person. Worst Experience ever. I think they need to learn from the salesman at Weskaap motors how to deal with customers. I think my Salesman needs to give them a few lessons! Worst worst worst. And I will be posting my story publicly on social media as well.!! Sam 0631928223 samanthahendricks53@gmail.com

From the moment i entered i was greeted with a warm welcome and great service. They assisted me with everything and was on the ball and quick. Excellent place to buy from . I would like to warn everyone not to buy a second hand vehicle at Weskaap Motors in Vredenburg Western Cape. The salesman lies and bring you under a false impression. I bought a second hand mini cooper S from them, the first thing we asked for is where is the spare tyre? the salesman then told us the vehicle does not come with a spare wheel as it has run flat tyres on, as specified by the manufacturer. we drove the vehicle all the way back to Pretoria, 1700 km, with the impression that the vehicle has run flat tyres on. I took the vehicle for an inspection on Monday at Supa Quick Montana Pretoria, only to be told that the vehicle does not have run flat tyres on. We contacted the dealership, the admitted themselves that this is not right, just to get a sms this morning that we bought the vehicle voetstoots. Nice way of trying to get yourself off the hook and lying to consumers to get a vehicle sold. I would have understand if we were told beforehand that the vehicle has no run flats on, but we were assured by the sales person, that it has indeed run flats on. Just another "skelm" dealership
