So i got a doogee S40 late last year. Been using doogee for my last 5 phones no real big problem with the phones. But this fn s40 has anoing feature when entering power save mode witch pops up and is easly pressed by accident, then makes your screen go off in 5 sec. Dosnt matter what setting you change or how full yiou charge or even change power settings. Its just stuck on 5 sec. Send cash crusaders a mail. Got a mail back a day or so later from manufacturer, stating settings to be change witch i allready did. The manufacturer told me to factory reset. Witch i did. Low and behold problem presist. I sent another email almost a week ago. No reply from cash crusaders or manufacturer. Terrible after sales service. Never buying from you or doogee again. Will never promote like ie use to but will advise to stay clear away!
From the moment i entered i was greeted with a warm welcome and great service. They assisted me with everything and was on the ball and quick. Excellent place to buy from . I have finally paid up my vehicle account. I recieved a statement on the 15dec that i owed just over R15000. I was debited on the 20dec. When i recieved a settlement amount of just over R15000 on 6jan, now i am inquiring about the where the money is that was deducted on the 20dec they said it was recieved witch is about R2500 they say i still owed over R15000. How can this be. They still have not closed the account or payed back the money i over paid and iam not getting any response. This is becomming robbery. I am now gonna be forced to take this matter to the NCR and Ombusman. As absa refuses to comunicate ir respond to my queries. Its bern 3 days now and i havent heard a thing. I have settled my accounts, now i send proof of payment andsettlement letter to debtbusters. I got an email stating they will send it to absa and get the account closed. I have a statment fro. Absa stating i owed just over R15000 the 15dec, debt busters debit my acc on 20dec and on the 6jan when i settle absa gave a settle ment amount of just iver R15000. When i enquired i was told by debt busters absa said its correct. When i told them the same story again they requested the statement witch i send. Now i am getting no response from them on both matters. I have send emails asking for updates and left massages for a call back. Nothing. Every time i log a query i get this type of attitude. Pathetic beyond belief. No faith in sny thing thy say or promise as its all lies. From joining till now nothing has been done correctly. My previous query i logged took over 6 months and still not resloved. They just closed and said thats that.if i am nit happy i must log new query. I am now have to resort to NCR and Onbusman. As debtbusters refuse to do thier jobs. Ticket ID: 776570
Don't know what to say anymore, Been struggling since 21feb with no response from debt busters. It seems each month i am just getting more problems from them. The latest is that this month i owe more to a creditor than last month. i am fed up. lies, deceit, empty promises, thief's and white collar crooks are the only words to discribe THIS COMPANY!!!!! here below are the titles of the two previous complaints i left witch both promise response but non received. "Sharks of the worst kind" "Call shark any other name, but it remains a shark" So there fore i am making it my personal mission to bring debt busters rating down. each month i will leave a bad review on hallo peter and if that does not work i will do it weekly. until i get decent service, meaning all my complaints are address and solved to my satisfaction.
Horrifically terrible businnes. I cannot explain my frustration and anger. If you reading this stay away. I logged a claim 3 mounths ago. It took them 2 mounths to approve the claim after fighting withem continuelly. I would still be waiting if i had not called. They never give feedback i had to phone them to find out whats happening. Onley after 2 mounths it went in for approval. After i got my car back i enquered about the tyres that where to be replaced by the panelbeater. The panelbeater said i had to replace and claim it back as per the insurance compony. I had allready replace one tyre due to the accident and was told by affinity to keep invoice and claim it back. So i went replaced the other tyre as well now. This was 3 weeks ago when i submitted the invoices and guess what. Still waiting. This is the most pathetic company i have ever met.... This is just a short brief of my experience with them.
We reported a fault in our line one week ago which seems at this point to be point less. we have had no voice or data connectivity for a week. i have check their secure-app with the fault tracking NR but all it says it is open, i have phoned Telkom several times waiting 10-15 minutes with no results and my airtime is nearly finished as i have stated that i have no voice line or data line to follow up on only my cell, i even went to our local Telkom branch and just got the cold shoulder. It feels like these people just don't care, but come months end they want their money and if we give them the cold shoulder thy will threaten with legal actions. but when thy are at fault. tough for you they will get to it when they get to it. this is frustrating. when i reported the fault the person told me 24-48 hours.
