I would just like to say i am disgusted in Checkers Langebaan! Today marks the day that i will officially never support them again. I got into the store at 7.50pm and was busy at the till approximately 8.05pm when the lady from Customer service says to me "oh im just letting you know that the staff are saying you always come to the store this time of the night and stay a while in the store and they want to go home" firstly i don't even go to Checkers as i work next to Picknpay and i do not leavey house after dark. This was the first times in months that i even go to a store after already being at home... This was so frustrating for the fact that she says they know my face and im always doing this! Firstly since when must the staff tell the customer to leave? Since when is your rights above the customer? Since ia your going home time more important? This is pathetic. I will never support Checkers Laguna Mall again. I have only had bad experiences there and i am done. I would rather support Picknpay that greets with a smile, service with a smile, no matter how late you stay they are most helpful. Checkers should learn a thing or two from Picknpay Laguna Mall!
Worst experience with the service department! They took my courtesy car with all my belongings without my knowledge and only sent requested documents after this was done. I will never deal with them again! I will make sure none of my family or friends get involved there as well. They put the phone down in your face if they can't handle the heat or they lie and say they are in meetings yet you hear them in the background. Or tehy are not there yet you just got off the phone with the person. Worst Experience ever. I think they need to learn from the salesman at Weskaap motors how to deal with customers. After trying to contact this people since june the 27th i tried mailing them and below was the response from them on the 05/08/2019..How pathetic man flip im definately taking this matter further!!!! So on the 27th of June i get a call from Dstv replying to my sms saying i am interested in Pricelock. I then speak to the agent that assured me within 14 days this new decoder will be installed at my place. Also money will be deducted from my account i then gave my details as i never gave them banking details before i had always paid over the counter. I then opted to go for the compact plus package. So i payed my account in june cash before this pricelock was opened and then after this was paid they deducted R239.00 from my account then i get a sms saying that another R253.40 will be deducted???? for what? i have not recieved anything or even a single call telling me what will happen next. I call MULTICHOICE and speak to a manager Cyril that tell me he cannot check anything i must go to the nearest Multichoice office...if they could get this all right with one phone call then they can fix this mess with one phone call i feel. I am really disgusted right now. Feel like cancelling everything at this moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pricelock does not even have a telephone number like what the hell? 0115090062 i get this number from multichoice for pricelock and guess what...im still holding been a hour later. Very disgusted at this moment.
PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!!!!! I have been waiting two days for them to call me back as they have no answer on when i signed up for my so called scratch and dent insurance policy. Keep bringing up excuses,i have been emailing one of the ladies,i get read receipts yet no reply!!!!! I am cancelling my insurance today still!!!! Now i understand why everyone told me not to go with Budget!!!!! Disgusting service from day one!
I would like to write a review about checkers laguna malls most terrible service! Utterly pathetic cashiers! Also their customer service lady definitely needs another job! Was in there on Saturday and got the worst service ever! I cannot understand how they do not get training on customer service or how their managers can leave them to have massive conversions whilst helping customers or just being at their worst. That store really needs to learn about customer service from their vredenburg branch or most definitely from Picknpay laguna mall! I will not go into checkers laguna mall ever again due to their rotten service I've gotten on numerous times from their cashiers and customer relations lady. Quite a few managers I like and are most helpful but the rest are just pathetic.
M.E SYSTEMS just the worst company EVER!!!!!! Firstly their Salesman at the time came in here comparing our bills with our telephone systems at the time,explaining how much cheaper it will be. He stood here for hours telling us and showing us it will be atleast over R500 cheaper or more yet we will have much more products in our store like more lines ,switchboard etc. We then signed a contract with them and all was good. By the time we received our first bill the Sales rep had already disappeared.We then asked about 3 diffrent amounts being deducted and and all over R1000 each.... This is super pathetic as we paid R1000 cheaper with the other company. I would never recommend this company to any company or home. Pathetic. In office staff just as pathetic.Most uprupt ever. I hope people see this company for what they are.
