Worst service department ever

Worst experience with the service department! They took my courtesy car with all my belongings without my knowledge and only sent requested documents after this was done. I will never deal with them again! I will make sure none of my family or friends get involved there as well. They put the phone down in your face if they can't handle the heat or they lie and say they are in meetings yet you hear them in the background. Or tehy are not there yet you just got off the phone with the person. Worst Experience ever. I think they need to learn from the salesman at Weskaap motors how to deal with customers.
