West Auto Randfontein R43350.00 offered repossed bank vehicle you can buy before it goes to te auction. End up pay the money never seen papers or the vehicle not answer calls or whatsapp number from where the deals we done from the start. Im really shock and heart broken people can do this to ander people. The 2 guys that was operaring the show they called themself Wilfred Stazie 065 616 6872 Thabo Aubrey 078 356 0179. Big please be very carefull. They make everthing sounds so good. Really so shock no vehicle and no money gone I couldn't affort to loose. Not sure how im going to recover from this bad situation. Feelling really sick and depressed. What the world's people becoming if you as person is only good to others. Be carefull please. Be safe and enjoy your festival season

Sold me a written-off vehicle. Warranty is void.
The vehicle they sold me had a history of being declared a write-off, making it utterly unsellable. Thus the warranty was also void. I am currently reporting the issue with Mazda Whistleblowers and Motor Ombudsman MIOSA. Shocking service from West 7 Auto Investments, operating as Auto Platinum at 318 Johan Heyns Drive. The dealership boldly asserts their ignorance of these problems at the time of sale and refuses to acknowledge any form of misrepresentation in their portrayal of the vehicle's condition. I had previously requested warranty service from the dealership, leaving little room for doubt regarding their awareness of the written off status.

Local Business to be proud of
I took my Nissan Navara to West Auto in Lephalale to sort out my gearbox. I had a Unichip from Dastek installed but had problems with my auto gearbox from the minute I left their workshop. I phoned them the next day due to the fact that I couldn`t get the vehicle in reverse, after a lengthy discussion I was told to switch two wires on the unichip harness myself or drive back to Pretoria on my expense to have them do it. Luckily I insisted to have a "dummy" plug so that I can bypass the chip if needed. I needed it very soon but then all my gear positions on my selector moved. This is why went to West Auto to solve. Pieter did an excellent job and I will highly recommend his service to anyone who has problems with Lexus conversions or any other gearbox issues as well as general engine overall and or modifications.
