DO NOT USE TELKOM!!!! Worst servivce Customer service LindiweNdawonde and Sandile Phuti . Bought telkom prepaid R250 all network bundle - cannot make calls to MTN phone. So far it has been 7 days and still not working send 11 minutes every time to phone call centre to follow up. *********** staff unwilling to resolve the issue. I am currently reporting the issue with Mazda Whistleblowers and Motor Ombudsman MIOSA. Shocking service from West 7 Auto Investments, operating as Auto Platinum at 318 Johan Heyns Drive. The dealership boldly asserts their ignorance of these problems at the time of sale and refuses to acknowledge any form of misrepresentation in their portrayal of the vehicle's condition. I had previously requested warranty service from the dealership, leaving little room for doubt regarding their awareness of the written off status.

The dealership maintain that they uphold rigorous quality standards for the vehicles they offer. They had to be aware of void status because they serviced the vehicle while still under warranty. For almost 9 months now they have been unresponsive to any enquiry.
Excellent service from friendly and honest staff member Juandre Small. I bought a used Mazda Cx3. All questions and concerns where answered and resolved quickly and efficiently. Logged interest in the car yesterday, wnet for a test drive. Drove out with it TODAY. I would certainly recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. Cars are clean and you feel that customer care is very important to them.
