Westgate ops manager needs customer service training. Poor and pathetic treatment of customers

Poor treatment of customers especially their Ops manager. Avoid this mall if you can. I'm parked at the mall sending an email about to go to MTN to buy a charger and they literally say I must leave cause I'm on my laptop. AVOID THIS MALL AT ALL COST.
