I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding a third-party claim. Upon my initial contact, I was informed that a case could not be opened for me. Following this, I attempted to communicate via email, but received no response (I’m a young female). However, after my father's intervention, I began to receive communication from the third-party claims committee.
The initial email indicated a communication timeframe of approximately 21 days. My documents were submitted on April 1st, and it has now been over a month with limited updates. This lack of communication has caused considerable inconvenience. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, including calls from my father and my own emails, the response has been insufficient. I hope the company will improve its communication and responsiveness in the future.
