A very unhappy customer

I have been a customer for many year with many pieces of furniture in my house now. I bought the cuban tufted sofa with the 2x ottomans however it is loosing colour and I also tried to report to Weylandts on email and even in store in Cape Town, a defect on the ottoman, nobody seems to be interested to assist. I completely dissatisfied about the colour issue for such an expensive item. Can someone help…
