A very unhappy customer
I have been a customer for many year with many pieces of furniture in my house now. I bought the cuban tufted sofa with the 2x ottomans however it is loosing colour and I also tried to report to Weylandts on email and even in store in Cape Town, a defect on the ottoman, nobody seems to be interested to assist. I completely dissatisfied about the colour issue for such an expensive item. Can someone help…

Please inform your clients if you change rules.
I just found out that I can not stream more than one device on DStv now anymore. I am told that they have changed the rule to mitigate fraud on the expense of my convince , yet they did not notify me to sign up for those rules. I used to be able to stream on five devices at the time. This is not fair.

Very unhappy customer
I am now day number 8 without internet in my house. Firstly it was not SADV’s fault however they were supposed to connect me on Friday which they said they did. I have been on the call with them since Thursday and my line is still not connected. They were very quick to sign me up however their call centre is not helping. In total, I may have held on the line for probably 5 hours in total but still do not have service. I am not sure why they do not send a technician on site with a route to connect me up. I was promised at technician from Vuma telecom but still waiting. I was given a reference number IFP 590271 for Vuma telecom I believe but no one is coming. The router I was promised has still not been delivered

Poor service experience
I have signed up with Vox Telecom on the 11 of October and cancelled my line with another provider, for Vox to connect me on the 1st of November. That did not happen as it was a holiday. I have been asking them to connect me for three days and nothing happened. I then cancelled the line bower they now queued me up to do this end of November. The new service provider is waiting for them to clear the fibre line to connect me but they can not until Vox release the line. I am now stuck with no internet for the past four days.
