Extremely disappointed with Whirlpool.
Both my microwave and oven started malfunctioning after only 7 months of use, which is completely unacceptable for appliances of this brand and price point. I reported the faults over 6 weeks ago, yet I have received no resolution, no repair, and no meaningful assistance.
To make matters worse, the microwave has since developed an additional error, and still there has been no urgency or accountability from Whirlpool. The appliances are unreliable, and the after-sales service is **********.
How does a company expect customers to live for weeks without a microwave, constantly following up with no results?
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend Whirlpool based on both product quality and customer service.
