Absolutely disgusted by this casino ! Redeemed a couple of free spins and made R150, I was told to wager the remaining requirements and I did. Made a total of R3000+ and just as I was about to exit my game and go withdraw it, they reversed all my winnings of the coupon and left me with R1,50. This is not how any casino work for that matter as I’ve been gambling for a long time. How do you give promotions and promise if wagering requirements are met that winnings would be paid out, then reverse all winnings made. Wish I could give them 0 stars for that matter. This casino is such a **** and don’t waste your time or money on it !!!!

I am a regular online gambler. I spend thousands on online entertainment monthly . White lotus is a scam. I deposited thousands there believing if I win I can get verified etc. One of my deposits went of my account but never reflected on the casino balance. I tried to contact them on all ways listed to no avail. Sad to say my money is gone. Please do not use this online casino. Read all reviews from popular online casino reviewers. They all advise against this casino. This is totally a scam

STAY FAR AWAY....
Straight to the point. This is the worst online casino I've ever played at, and extremely bad, unfair and immoral practices are shown clearly here. When I signed up with them 2years ago, games were fair and I enjoyed playing here. But what the hell has happened in the last 6months? Yo can't win a thing, barely any combinations on games and they don't even offer any free bonuses besides the 1st of the month spins which you can only win R500. I've deposited regularly but as a good customer your reward is A BIG FAT NOTHING. it's disgusting what they have turned INTO. And no contact support system, you try to contact them but no replies from them whatsoever. Please do not support this place as it's clear their only intention is to rob you of your money..

Don't waste your time
My niece used my tab when she was doing research for school and got into my acc because I ticked remember password when I realised she was playing I immediately took my phone back and checked my balance... my whole jackpot was gone. I emailed client service and apparently there's nothing thry can do cause of some clause etc. They r pathetic no help offered nothing to claim it back! That was the first and the last time I won at this casino. Worse than lottostar!!!
