Overcharged not getting my refund back in my account 3weeks waiting now theres a charge on my account and no one can assist me. Woolworths says they can't help because it's an online purchase! How pathetic!!!! Just want them to sort out my account refund my money back to my account and check the ***** going on. Why must I pay over 300 for a stupid chicken then an amount of R926 added a purchase on my account for what? Now no one can help me I am not paying for this. Sort it out!!!!!!! This is BS!!!!!

Disappointed with tfg funeral plan
I have a funeral plan with tfg for so many years. I am busy with a claim for my parent that passed last week and in my contract it says value added benefits well it's a lie. I have been trying to get information about the discount with doves and no one can answer me. All they know is the voucher. I am so upset and I don't have energy to keep on asking about this. The claim form states the 15%discount which was emailed to me a few days ago. Today once again they know nothing about that discount and doves says they don't know about it either. All I want is to bury my father and get what I signed up for and what is stipulated in the contract!!!!! You pay so much for a little payout. A voucher if I get it only submitted today but where's the discount?

Kenwood sucks
Bought an airfryer from bash two years ago I only used it a hand full of times and now it's broken. The warranty is done it's not an electrical problem apparently it's a component. So now I'm stuck after spending almost R4000 on this Kenwood airfryer oven so now what? This is so frustrating and why can't it be fixed? Kenwood used to be the go to brand now it's a load of ****. I would not advise anyone to buy a Kenwood product. It sucks and does not last.

this is so frustrating I still don't have internet 5 days now. it shows I'm connected but Im not how pathetic is this no feedback no one let's me know what the heck is going on but expect me to pay for this package in full. rain is the worst!!!!! no one gets back to me customer service does not exist!!!!!

Longest ever
Nonsense. I app**** and they keep asking me to send this and that after I sent it the day before. It's makes the process very frustrating and stressful. It's been 3 days now and still 93% probably going to be declined anyways so why don't they just get on with it say it's declined because of something stupid so I can apply elsewhere. Waste of ******* time energy and data!!!!!.

Not for average wage
This is not for average people who earns an average wage. You have to put money in and when it gets to the last you run out of money and loose everything. If you have R6000 to buy goods and complete tasks then they say you can withdraw I don't know if you can withdraw I got stuck and out of funds on the last task.

Withdrawal time to long
Good for investing but takes forever to unsettle cash. Takes 5 w/days and after that you wait ... And wait... And wait. I'm still waiting. So basically quick to deposit but withdrawal time pathetic.

Melomed Tokai horrible
My dad is laying here at melomed Tokai and I was put out of the room during visiting hrs because we were 3 people at his bed and only two are allowed. My mom and my husband and me. Not by the nurses but the security guard! Now this is my problem. We drove all the way from the northern suburbs only to be told by the security only two people are allowed. After telling him we drove from far and due to work reasons this is the first time we could come he wasn't interested and no compassion at all. I mean like flip! My dad is over 80yrs old. I'm not impressed with this place at all. Few months ago he was in high care and we could see him. All of us and now? I think they should think about the situation and learn empathy and compassion! Drove out petrol to sit downstairs how pathetic is this! Only got to see him for a few minutes. So if u want to visit come alone or take a Uber don't waste ur time bringing family members to visit a patient they don't care! Come two at a time on a daily basis. Or u get out out!!
