Bad service experience
I have bought a phone from VodaStore using vodabucks and i haven't received it yet or any update, i tried calling but no help im getting everytime they tel me to wait. I've bought this phone as a present but now i haven't received it. I don't know if they are regretting selling it with vodabucks. I have waited its enough

Very bad service
Ive bought vouchers using vodabucks they took vodabucks but they send me 1 voucher when i call them they told me they have technical issues, imagine im at the store i want to use those vouchers, i end up leaving a store without getting what i want because of vodacom im so stressed ive and called vodacom.

Bad customer service
Ive ordered a microwave after ordering i show my friend she was interested too then she ordered it too, to my surprise my friend order came before my order and we work in a same place same address up until now my order status have not yet changed it still saying to be delivered on the 4th of sep whereas the day its over it still says it will be delivered on the 4th im so ****ed

Very bad service
Ive bought a bought ko bears and i lodge a complain because they gave me the wrong bed to cut a story short i went to store to exchange the bed i top up the money to take another bed it was display it was restonic then the bed started to make noise i complain to restonic they ask for the pics of the bed only to find out that they gave me faulty base which was repaired.im tired deadling with Bears please guys is it possible to go to consumer protection because im tired of going to bears.

Poor quality
Ive bought a Restonic bed at bears guys restonic its the worst product i have ever come across, the bed is already sagging it doesn't even have a year the bed is making noise, please guys stay away from buying Restonic i dont know what went wrong with it coz i thought it was a quality brand now its the worst of the rest even the indian shops bed is better than restonic

Disappointed with bad service
Ive placed an order early in the morning using my wicode it was quater chicken then i use wi code to pay, i was disappointed when i go to the store and they told me that my order it shows that its unpaid, i tried to call the customer services and they told me the same thing that i didn't pay. Bad service
Ive bought my groceries at shoprite only to find out that one of my item its not in the plastic, and what pains me most is that i return some of the stuffs because i was shot of money. My heart its very painful
