I am extremely frustrated with the way my refund request has been handled by Whitestone College at Newtown Shopping Centre.
I was told to wait 14 days for my refund to be processed. It has now been well over 14 days, and I have been calling almost every single day trying to get an update. Each time, I am told that the Finance person is either out of the office or unavailable and that he will call me back. To this day, I have never received a single call from him, nor have I been able to speak to him directly.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have done everything I was asked to do and have waited patiently, yet I am still being given excuses with no resolution. All I want is my money. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Please provide a clear response and confirm when I will receive my refund. I will not continue to tolerate further delays.
