I am extremely frustrated with the way my refund request has been handled by Whitestone College at Newtown Shopping Centre. I was told to wait 14 days for my refund to be processed. It has now been well over 14 days, and I have been calling almost every single day trying to get an update. Each time, I am told that the Finance person is either out of the office or unavailable and that he will call me back. To this day, I have never received a single call from him, nor have I been able to speak to him directly. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have done everything I was asked to do and have waited patiently, yet I am still being given excuses with no resolution. All I want is my money. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Please provide a clear response and confirm when I will receive my refund. I will not continue to tolerate further delays.
So Vodacom suspended my contract simcard when I call their calls Centre I was told I need to call the forensic department which i did but don't answer they phones. It has been 7 days the call Centre keeps on telling there is nothing tgye can do to assit me I just have to keep on trying to call the forensic team, I was told emails were sent to the forensic to call me back but no one has bothered. Today the call Centre agent I spoke to was supposed to transfer me. To cancelation to cancel my contract but she hang up on me I guess I was bothering her, I cannot keep on paying for a service am not using... I need my sim card unlocked or cancel my contract
On the 17th of November 2017 i went to Truworths Randburg square bought few stuff all was well , the next day Saturday i put on a shirt that i bought then removed the price tag only to notice the is a hole on the shirt i took it off immediately i dint even leave the house wearing it. Monday 21 November 2017 after work i return the shirt at the shop only to be told that the hole was a smoke burn mark , so asked the cashier lady if she is implying that i burn the shirt ? of which she said she doesn't know..i do not even smoke for heaven sake. she called her manager . the manager was busy screaming at me of which i can say was rude , she told me that i should have checked the shirt before i purchase it coz the is nothing she can do to assist me , i asked her "do u check the small details of an item when u shop?" no answer there. security was then called and the manager gave me her back and leave me to deal with security. am not happy about this at all i mean i was treated like a criminal i love Truworths very much but please teach your employees manners. after this ordeal i even continued to purchase something at the very same shop the cashier didn't even apologies nor the manager security was at the till while i was busy paying for my purchase , WHY WOULD YOU CALL SECURITY IF WE HAVING A DECENT CONVERSATION ? i guess security was called to throw me out of the shop .
