WHS SOLAR GROUP - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY

WHS supplied half the capacity of Lithium batteries purchased, apart from the interface LED's not working, communications interfaces not working, no user manuals and complete absence of communication cables, then agreed to provide replacement batteries to make up the shortfall following absolute drain test evidence being supplied to them.

The service is terrible as they do not answer the single working telephone number they have, and now up to now still not fulfilled their obligations as well as no longer taking calls from me.

In desperation I have now had to follow legal counsel in an attempt to have WHS fulfill on their obligations with performance.

In my personal capacity and opinion DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
