I dont know if its BEE or what type of people these people are employing but Nolu Sebeko has absolutely no idea about customer service or explaining accounts. Does not respond to any emails or wait after 3 days you will get a response. I would not give that accounts department even one star, reason for two stars is because they do have an excellent technical department, who assist timeously whether its weekends or weekdays. She never allocated a payment once after everything was sent through, and internet was switched off, luckily the technical department assisted me
