Dreadfully incompetent, they will ruin any item you take to yhem!

I wish I have checked here before allowing Wicked Stitch to ruin expensive towels! (Wedding present)

- The job was completed 3 weeks after the promised date - Embroidery was >UPSIDE DOWN< - Embroidery was done on the ribbing of the towels, as opposed to above the ribbing. - I have written confirmation from them acknowledging that they borked the job - I was promised that the towels will be collected and fixed 19 days ago - I am still awaiting collection - Owner responds to email approximately once per week, if you are lucky - Owner is unreachable by phone

The final product would have looked better if I had written the names with a felt-tipped pen!
