- Ordered from their online store via the app - money left my account - order number received via in-app notification. - no SMS received - order can't be tracked - Helpdesk can't locate the order - emails are not being answered. This has thus far been the worst online shopping experience to date, as it feels like my money has been stolen, with zero comms from VC. Avoid the VC store at all costs!
I wish I have checked here before allowing Wicked Stitch to ruin expensive towels! (Wedding present) - The job was completed 3 weeks after the promised date - Embroidery was >UPSIDE DOWN< - Embroidery was done on the ribbing of the towels, as opposed to above the ribbing. - I have written confirmation from them acknowledging that they borked the job - I was promised that the towels will be collected and fixed 19 days ago - I am still awaiting collection - Owner responds to email approximately once per week, if you are lucky - Owner is unreachable by phone The final product would have looked better if I had written the names with a felt-tipped pen! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Stay away! Placed and order, receive a mail that supplier has no stock. I requested a refund, I was told 15 working days. After 15 working days I sent an email asking when the refund will reflect, and then I was told 21 working days. They appear to harvest interest from from late refunds as a business model. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
The only way to get a reply from Vodacom (albeit automated) is to log another Hellopeter complaint - hence my second complaint in as many days. I am about to leave Vodacom after 20 years - the reason being nobody bothering to get hold of me. EC-1R7O-21JZGO refers. Please see https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/inability-to-order-contract-upgrade-if-phone-has-been-stolen-2779836 for more details.
I have been trying to perform an online contract upgrade with Vodacom for the past few days now. It appears to be impossible to do so, as my mobile phone has been stolen. Vodacom's procedure hinges on the fact that they will send me an SMS, to which I need to reply "1" to to proceed. Customer care consultant even advised that I do a SIM-swop first so that I can then answer the SMS. So Vodacom wants me to buy a phone, so that I can use it to buy a phone. I have spoken to numerous consultants and two supervisors and I am no where closer to being able to order a phone. Up your game Vodacom - this is not good enough!
I used to love how efficient the premier bankers were - I always received a prompt reply to any email or phone message left.

Sadly, since FNB's policy change regarding the premier banking suite, this is no longer the case. Simple 2 line replies take approximately 1.5 days to be sent. Phone calls follow-ups are a thing of the past...

This would not have been s bad had I been a new customer but as someone who was accustomed to the \old"premier bankers"
