BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT

We enjoy taking our grandchildren to Lanseria for lunch and go there often. We where there yesterday, Sunday 19/01/20 and my husband ordered pancakes with ice cream and I ordered flap jacks with fig, nuts & cream stack. Both were appalling. Bone dry and the worst ever. We suggest you remove from the menu entirely and replace with fresh waffles instead. The cream on the flap jacks was also not fresh. Very disappointing but your staff/waiters are always very friendly and helpful. Maybe the owner needs to have a meal there so you can see for yourself.
