No customer care at all

I booked for 9 people and we were 10 minutes late due to the cape town traffic. They refused to help us, told us they are running a business their concern is money not us. They asked us to pay again which we did not do and we did not get to ride the quadbikes. I was so disappointed. The two white ladies are extremely rude.
