Williams Hunt The Glen Isuzu has shown me their deepest level of incompetence in coding a spare key for my Isuzu double cab. They had my car since Monday (01.09.2025) until today. No hope of coding the key. I am without transport and they don't seem to be bothered. Their communication is very little to nothing, often giving me the impression that they are doing me a favour. The workshop foreman promised to call me first thing this morning (04.09.2025), he didn't. I called him twice in the morning, goes to voice-mail when they transfer me to him.
Called him again at 16h30 and he told me he worked on my car until 10am, but forgot to call me because he got busy.
I just want my car back, and this is the last time I am ever gonna send my car to them.
