Disgusting Customer Service

I ordered a window regulator for our Fiat Qubo....was told it would take 3 weeks as the part needs to come from Italy. It is now nearly 6 weeks later and no one can even tell if the part is on its way or not. Everytime I enquire I am told they are waiting in an ETA

Seriously....how long am I expected to wait
