I had the worst experience and most expensive car wash.
1. I call to make a booking and sent my details for my profile to be created. Booking date comes, my profile was never created nor was the booking made. 2. I make a new booking for a Saturday and explained the entire situation and my booking was confirmed for a Saturday from 7. We had to wait an entire hour to just get turned away because they made the wrong booking and the wrong times as well. 3. The day of booking, they had my whole list of items they need to review, once again got turned away and said the car needs a panel beat first, then I need to bring it back, however still pay the full diagnostic prices for just looking at the bottom of my car and a car wash🙂and asked me to bring it back for further diagnosis which I also probably would need to pay for. Don't get me wrong, they do well when it comes to following a script to normal services, but I would not recommend them if they need to resolve anything beyond a normal service because you would end up paying out of pocket just to get your time wasted, unless you enjoy an expensive car wash
