I had the worst experience and most expensive car wash. 1. I call to make a booking and sent my details for my profile to be created. Booking date comes, my profile was never created nor was the booking made. 2. I make a new booking for a Saturday and explained the entire situation and my booking was confirmed for a Saturday from 7. We had to wait an entire hour to just get turned away because they made the wrong booking and the wrong times as well. 3. The day of booking, they had my whole list of items they need to review, once again got turned away and said the car needs a panel beat first, then I need to bring it back, however still pay the full diagnostic prices for just looking at the bottom of my car and a car wash🙂and asked me to bring it back for further diagnosis which I also probably would need to pay for. Don't get me wrong, they do well when it comes to following a script to normal services, but I would not recommend them if they need to resolve anything beyond a normal service because you would end up paying out of pocket just to get your time wasted, unless you enjoy an expensive car wash
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the appalling service I am receiving. Despite my repeated complaints and numerous attempts to resolve the issues with my internet connection, nothing has been done to fix the ongoing problems. This is completely unacceptable. For weeks, I’ve been facing severe inconsistencies with my connection, including disconnections, slow speeds, and ridiculously high ping rates, often exceeding 1000ms. I’ve sent you multiple speed test results that clearly show these issues, and yet, I am still being ignored. How is it acceptable for a 100Mbps fiber line to be plagued by 1000+ ping? As a result of your failure to address these issues, I am unable to do my work properly. I’m being forced to use my mobile hotspot just to maintain any semblance of a connection, which is not only inconvenient but also a waste of my time and money. This situation is completely unacceptable for a service I am paying for. I am effectively paying for a service that is unusable, and this is not something I will tolerate much longer. Your support team’s lack of action has been utterly frustrating, and I feel that my concerns are being brushed off. This is not the level of service I expect from a company that I trust to provide reliable internet. If this situation isn’t resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this further or seek a new provider. I demand urgent attention to this matter and a concrete resolution, or I will be forced to take additional steps to resolve this issue.
Mweb is okay when everything is up and running, but if you want to do a transfer, upgrade, move or just require assistance then I would rate them the lowest out of any ISP. I’ve been sitting in the support queues and probably wasted over R150 in airtime where no one has even answered my call. I’ve been requesting for feedback on my move request since last month. They not bothered at all. Think it might feel like I’ve won the lotto when they decide to assist me.

Vodacom will ***** your money, they charged me for 3 fibre accounts and over 20 routers and the best part is that it took them over 6 months to rectify my account. When I had to transfer my line it took over 2 months for them to activate my account, oh and they basically have no service and poor management, they have breached our contract how many times, I’ve gone through so many headaches with them. I should honestly get a lawyer and sue them for breaching their SLA over and over.
I have wasted so much money waiting in queues and going through the same dumb questions over and over and all I need assistance with is my account being activated and it has been over their SLA times. Honestly useless
