Very slow with very little to no interest in customer service

The order process was frustrating on the online store as the payment methods are limited and then didn't want to work. They don't do well responding to emails AT ALL.

After finally managing to place the order it has been a week and still the order shows "processing" Sent another email which was read (as I get the read receipt) but still no response. Who takes a week to deliver these days?

Very much want to say that they have no service level at all....
