I bought food at Roadhouse and paid by debit card. The waiter said to me receipt did not print and therefore transaction must be done again. I said to her the first transaction went through! The amount was never reversed, although I phoned my bank. I was informed by my bank that Wimpy proceeded the transaction twice. I received a call from Ffikkie once and HD mentioned that they are waiting for feedback from their bank.
I have proof on my bank app that transaction went through twice anc demand a refund
