Stay away for bookings. Biggest ****mers. Debit accounts and then suddenly always a technical glitch! Nobody gets informed that booking was cancelled despite payment. Rude consultants!!!!! Just take money and cancel accommodation. Leaves guests in a serious predicament!!!! Tries to explain "technical glitch" to me about 50 times. Directly said to him I am not an imbecile and ********. I bought from Temu a couple of times. I was eligible for 3 gifts. I selected the gifts and also purchased an item. Suddenly I must buy for R8060.00 to qualify for the gifts. Temu is such a **** and also has inferior products. They change their prices continuously.i advise people strongly to avoid TEMU. Not helpful at all.

I contacted them Dec 24 for installation I was informed they only had skeleton staff. I cancelled and a refund was promised within 14 days. No refund was received but they deducted a premium every month despite the fact that no installation was done. VUMATEL is a ******** organisation. I bought food at Roadhouse and paid by debit card. The waiter said to me receipt did not print and therefore transaction must be done again. I said to her the first transaction went through! The amount was never reversed, although I phoned my bank. I was informed by my bank that Wimpy proceeded the transaction twice. I received a call from Ffikkie once and HD mentioned that they are waiting for feedback from their bank. I have proof on my bank app that transaction went through twice anc demand a refund

Rain connects service on 25th of each month despite that the consultant confirmed that it has been changed on the app to 1st of each month. I was promised feedback immediately As usual Rain could not care about their clients. They just want to collect money.
