Utter unprofessional service

I was booked at a place ain Western Cepe and paid in full. Uoin my arrival I was told that there was no booking. The service I received from the receptionist was very unprofessional and I could see how she was covering up for z in omtrent service. I was promised x refund - month later and no refund. When I query, they mail me the same message- details of booking.i have never encountered such unprofessional service. Clearly that are exploiting people to gain financially. I was warned against them

Stay away for bookings. Biggest ****mers. Debit accounts and then suddenly always a technical glitch! Nobody gets informed that booking was cancelled despite payment. Rude consultants!!!!! Just take money and cancel accommodation. Leaves guests in a serious predicament!!!! Tries to explain "technical glitch" to me about 50 times. Directly said to him I am not an imbecile and ********. I bought Lenovo laptop that was advertised o FB in conjunction with Dept of Skills Dev. Paid and next day additional payment went through Another ad the next day from Takealot appeared on FB - cheaper cell phones after answering 8 questions. Both a ****. I lost R1400.00 Contacted Takealot but not even the decency of a response They lost a customer for life. Will purchase from Amazone. Takealot agrees with these ****ming operations.

Pathetic service

I bought from Temu a couple of times. I was eligible for 3 gifts. I selected the gifts and also purchased an item. Suddenly I must buy for R8060.00 to qualify for the gifts. Temu is such a **** and also has inferior products. They change their prices continuously.i advise people strongly to avoid TEMU. Not helpful at all.

Extremely poor service from Vumatel

I contacted them Dec 24 for installation I was informed they only had skeleton staff. I cancelled and a refund was promised within 14 days. No refund was received but they deducted a premium every month despite the fact that no installation was done. VUMATEL is a ******** organisation. Received a message today to remind me I must have sufficient funds in my account- this is despite the fact that i cancelled more than one occasion I am under the impression they only have highly *********** employees.

Poor service

I bought food at Roadhouse and paid by debit card. The waiter said to me receipt did not print and therefore transaction must be done again. I said to her the first transaction went through! The amount was never reversed, although I phoned my bank. I was informed by my bank that Wimpy proceeded the transaction twice. I received a call from Ffikkie once and HD mentioned that they are waiting for feedback from their bank. I have proof on my bank app that transaction went through twice anc demand a refund
