Worst Christmas Day EVEY - not even WORTH on star

After having Sunday Bruch at Winchester Mansions -- I was so impressed that I decided to book Christmas Lunch for my Mom, Dad, 9 year old daughter and me. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT AND RIP-OFF!!! Not at ALL what you'd expect for CHRISTMAS DAY!!! (which in my opinion, should be BETTER that Sunday brunch -- not 10 times worse) I had to book and pay upfront - R2400 for the 3 and a half of us. There was such poor variety of food --- for the money that I had paid. When the chafing dishes started emptying at around 14h30 --- my Mom overheard one of the managers saying that they were not going to re-fill. At the end of the meal -- we were given a bill -- and charged 10% service fee on TOP of the 2400 that I'd already paid!! So -- I ended up paying the wages of the serving staff for the day -- R3000 for 3 adults and a child who ate 2 slices of meat and 5 cherry tomatoes. I will NEVER again waste my money on Winchester Mansions ... had great Christmas Day experience at Moyo Kirstenbosch in 2016 -- and will happily return there again If
