Thank you Windermere Shopping Center Management

I'd like to extend my gratitude to the management of Windermere shopping center, last week friday 2019-10-25 my brother bought soccer tickets online which had to be collected from Postnet at Windermere. I collected the tickets from postnet and "slid" them into my jeans back pocket not realising that I missed the pocket opening and they fell down, I only realized when I got home that I lost the tickets which felt like the end of the world as they were already sold out by then.

A day after, my brother recieved a call from the center manager informing him that they found a pair of soccer tickets and the reference number connected them to him, he confirmed that the lost were lost. We got our tickets. Thank you to all involved from the center. Much appreciated.
