01/11/2019 I have complained re flat beer on your web site contact form and have not even received a reply, also on twitter and no reply received. Lets try here and see if your customers really matter. Sent complaints around the 10th Oct. Nothing more disgusting than a flat beer. End Jun 2020, 9261516D0111 Windhoek draft.
13/11/2019 We now a month later since I reported it and 2 weeks since messenger complaint and I haven heard a thing regarding my complaint. Seems my favorite beer brand doesn't care about complaints.
20/11/2019 Another week later so 3 weeks and no response. Original email was sent around 10th October. Meaning we at a month and a half and no feedback. Great customer service
They keep saying they will send to customer service to follow up, I forwarded the serial nrs and photos requested by them, sent them some more request on the query but nothing is being done. Seems I have to change my beer brand as they don't care.
